Our Founder
Jai Fletcher — CEO & Founder
Jai is an entrepreneur, consumer packaged goods strategist, and passionate dog parent who created Paw Gone Good to solve a problem she saw everywhere: neglected dog oral health. With experience at brands like Kellogg, Mars Wrigley, McDonald’s, and Walmart, Jai combined industry expertise with personal passion to create the first organic “chip” for dogs — crispy, light, and designed as functional dog dental treats.
Her leadership extends beyond snacks. Jai founded the PawPreneur Pioneer Program, a youth accelerator giving minority youth hands-on training in entrepreneurship, product development, and retail strategy. She’s a servant leader at heart, driven by the belief that the best healthy dog treats should also fuel opportunities for people, pets, and planet.
